We are absolutely thrilled to see what this next chapter for means for our clients and everyone across the Group including The Works and Daresay.
As highlighted in the announcment Capgemini believe that RXP is a good fit and will strongly enhance Capgemini’s digital capabilities in the region. At the same time, it will allow the whole team at RXP to grow and prosper.
We both share similar values and vision for the role of technology in successfully transforming businesses and society
Further to this we share the same passion for working with key digital technology partners like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft and many of the insight/data related platforms to assist clients in their digital transformation journeys.
As our CEO, Ross Fielding said when the transaction was announced:
"Capgemini is a truly global organisation, and a leader in consulting, engineering, technology and digital transformation services. RXP is a natural fit for Capgemini, and I am very excited by the growth opportunities this will create for our ~550 employees within a global and culturally aligned business. In addition, RXP’s valued clients stand to gain from an integrated group through increased scale, a broader skillset, and greater service capabilities.”
RXP owning “The Works” will also open a new chapter in Capgemini’s local capabilities to enable, design and deliver end-to-end amazing and differentiated digital experiences.
There are a number of regulatory approvals and processes to complete yet but all things going to plan Capgemini’s acquisition of RXP should be completed in early 2021.
